Joel Jens Racing has a full schedule ahead of them. Competing in the World Karting Association Manufacturer's Cup, SuperKarts USA, Florida Winter Tour and the Midwest Sprint Series, Jens will have a busy season on the track across the country.
Well it has been almost 3 months since I've been in the seat of a kart, so I'm getting a bit anxious to race again. Daytona Kartweek was the start of my 2013 season and it has been some time since the completion of that race, needless to say I cannot wait to get to the next event in Kershaw South Carolina at the Carolina Motorsports Park.
We talk with multi-time WKA Champ and up-and-coming driver Joel Jens about his unique 2012 season.
K360: You had a very successful 2011 season in WKA. What made you want to return to Jr. competition at 15/16 in WKA, but race senior in SKUSA?
